Hi,
Thanks for flagging this. We've not noticed any issues on our side, but we'll look into it.
2 things.
1. Does this only happen on auto login ? So if you hit the Login button, does it continue to say Failed to connect or will it work ?
2. Have you tried a previous version of SiNi ? Just wondering if its just this version.
Thanks
Josh

Hi Carlos,
Sorry to hear you are still having issues.
I'm honestly not sure why it would work for one version and not the other. We have multiple versions of max installed and have no issues.
I would say maybe its a firewall issue, but the fact it works with Max 2024 means its probably not.
Maybe you should try our proxy server ? https://docs.sinisoftware.com/proxy-server-license-manager
Its normally made for servers, but you can install it onto your own machine and use the local ip (127.0.0.1 or localhost).
Hopefully that might bypass whatever is happening with your Max 2023.
Hope this helps.
Josh
